During Discovery, we may realize you’re working two jobs, and your only day off is chaotic.

You don’t need advice — you need your apartment cleaned, help getting groceries, and someone to sit with your grandmother while you get some rest.

That’s what this session is for: to find out what’s really needed.

If it’s a fit — we move forward.

If not — you walk away with clarity, no pressure.

🛠 Step 2: The Takeover Session

This is where we act. Based on what we discovered, we either:

 • Handle it ourselves

 • Coordinate the help for you

 • Or support the people you already trust

You’ll always know the plan, the price, and the next step — no surprises.

Examples of Takeover support:

 • Cleaning your home while you rest or focus

 • Sitting with your kids so you can do remote work uninterrupted

 • Helping your parent navigate a doctor visit in their language

 • Filling out housing or school forms with someone beside you

 • Coordinating rides, pickups, or errands you just don’t have time for

🔄 Step 3: Ongoing Support (Optional & Flexible)

Once we’ve helped, you might want us to stay involved. We don’t push — but we’ll be there if it makes sense for you.

You decide what you need, how often, and what fits your budget and energy.

Examples of Ongoing Support:

 • Weekly visits to check on your grandmother and help her stay organized

 • Monthly accompaniment to important appointments

 • Quarterly cleanup or seasonal paperwork help

 • Just showing up once in a while to take the pressure off

🕒 About Time, Delays, and Fair Pricing

At HelpLifeBridge, we believe in fairness — for you and for us.

We understand life doesn’t always go as planned. Trains get delayed. Appointments run late. Emergencies happen. And if something unexpected happens that’s out of your control, we won’t charge you extra just because we were both stuck in it.

For example:

If our helper gets delayed underground with your loved one on a train — we’re not going to bill you for lost time. You felt that stress too.

But if extra time is requested by you, or we choose to stay longer to support your situation — like waiting at the doctor’s office for 3 extra hours because you asked us to stay — we’ll reflect that in the cost.

We’re here to help with heart — but we also give up our own time, families, and plans to be there when it matters.
